No Returns or Exchanges Due to the nature of our products (personal care and hygiene) and the fact that all decants are hand-poured to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preference or "change of mind."

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours via Instagram or WhatsApp so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
