Return Policy

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of our products (decanted fragrances) and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges based on personal scent preference.

  • Why? Once a fragrance is decanted and shipped, it cannot be returned to our stock to ensure the absolute purity and authenticity of the scent for the next customer.
  • Recommendation: If you are unsure about a scent, we highly recommend starting with our smallest size (2ml) before committing to a larger decant or a full bottle.
2. Defective or Damaged Items

We take immense pride in our quality control, but we understand that technical issues can occur. We are happy to offer a replacement if:

  • The atomizer has a mechanical defect (the spray mechanism does not work).
  • The bottle arrived leaking or severely damaged during transit.

How to claim an exchange:

  1. Contact us via Instagram DM, sizematters.cy@gmail.com or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Provide your order number and a short video demonstrating the defect (e.g., the spray not working or the leak).
  3. Once the defect is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you via BOX NOW.
3. Incorrect Orders

If we accidentally sent you the wrong fragrance, please do not spray it. Contact us immediately, and we will arrange for the correct scent to be delivered to you right away.

4. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the fragrance has been hand-poured and prepared for shipping, the order can no longer be cancelled.
