Within 1 hour (9:00-21:00), I’ll contact you via WhatsApp to confirm your order and send you a secure payment link.

Easy Payment: Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay - whichever is most convenient for you.
Personal Confirmation: I’ll confirm your order details, answer any questions and help you choose the most convenient BOX NOW locker before sending your payment link.
Fast Dispatch: As soon as your payment is received, I’ll prepare your fragrances and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

I’ll Help You Choose a Locker: After you place your order, I’ll contact you via WhatsApp to recommend the most convenient BOX NOW locker near you and confirm the delivery details.
24/7 Collection: Your parcel is delivered to a secure automated locker, so you can pick it up whenever it suits you, day or night.
Please note: Parcels are stored in the locker for 48 hours. If needed, you can extend this by another 24 hours using the link in your delivery SMS.
Fast Delivery: Once your order is dispatched, it usually arrives at your selected BOX NOW locker within 24 hours.
Easy Pickup: You’ll receive a 6-digit PIN via SMS or Viber as soon as your parcel is ready. Simply enter the code at the locker to collect your order.
Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over €25. For orders below this amount, the delivery fee is €2.
